I am in-network with Moda and Providence insurance. If you are not covered by either plan you may be covered for out-of-network outpatient mental health benefits, in this event a superbill can be provided for reimbursement. For this option, please call your insurance and verify your plan has outpatient mental healthcare benefits for out-of-network providers before scheduling a consultation.

Occasionally, I have out-of-pocket sliding scale discounts available, please reach out for availability.

Rates

  • $225 (per hour)

  • $250 per hour for individualized consultation.

    $500-1000 for full case review depending on complexity.

  • I offer a sliding scale based on need when available for therapy services. Please use the consultation form to check availability for this option.
